Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirement A 50% deposit is required to begin CAD development and reserve production time in our London studio. This deposit confirms your commitment to the bespoke process and allows us to source pearls, gemstones, and materials specifically for your design.

Non‑Refundable Deposit Because bespoke pieces are created exclusively for you, the deposit becomes non‑refundable once CAD development has begun. This covers design work, material allocation, and atelier time.

Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due upon completion of your piece, prior to dispatch. You will receive photographs of your finished jewellery and a final invoice.

Changes After Deposit If you request design changes after CAD approval, additional fees may apply. Significant changes may require a new CAD and may extend the production timeline.

Cancellation If you choose to cancel your bespoke order before CAD development begins, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once CAD development has started, the deposit becomes non‑refundable.
