Every bespoke piece is crafted with meticulous care in our London Studio. We provide a 12‑month craftsmanship warranty, covering:

·         Structural faults

·         Loose settings

·         Manufacturing defects

This warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, improper care, or general wear.

Pearl & Gemstone Care Pearls and gemstones are natural materials and require gentle handling. We recommend:

·         Avoiding perfumes, lotions, and hairspray

·         Storing pieces separately to prevent scratching

·         Wiping pearls with a soft cloth after wear

Maintenance Services We offer ongoing care services, including:

·         Pearl restringing

·         Professional cleaning

·         Setting checks

·         Polishing and refinishing

These services ensure your jewellery remains beautiful.

Exclusions The warranty does not cover:

·         Loss or theft

·         Damage caused by accidents or misuse

·         Natural wear to pearls, metals, or finishes

·         Alterations made by third‑party jewellers
