1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Whitestone Jewellery website and your purchase of products from Maison Whitestone LTD (“Whitestone Jewellery”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Craft & Product Descriptions
Whitestone Jewellery specialises in hand‑finished, artisan‑crafted jewellery. We take great care to ensure product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are accurate. However:
· Natural gemstones and pearls may vary slightly in colour, lustre, and form. These variations are not considered defects but part of the unique character of our jewellery.
- Hand‑finished pieces may contain subtle variations that reflect the craftsmanship of each item.
- Measurements are approximate and provided for guidance.
- Clients who wish to explore how their bespoke piece is visualised prior to crafting may refer to our design process.
3. Ordering & Acceptance
When you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
- Acceptance of your order occurs only when we dispatch the item.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud).
If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
A 50% deposit is required to begin crafting your bespoke piece, please review our deposit policy here.
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted delivery partners.
- For Bespoke orders, delivery estimates are agreed and shared with you via email.
- Delays caused by customs, courier issues, or external factors are outside our control.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Risk passes to you upon delivery; ownership transfers once full payment is received.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Whitestone piece. If you wish to return or exchange:
- Custom, personalised, or made‑to‑order pieces are non‑returnable unless faulty.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:
- Contact us immediately or within 5-7 days of receiving your item with photos and order details.
- We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper care is not covered.
8. Jewellery Care
To preserve the beauty of your Whitestone Jewellery:
- Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, and moisture.
- Store pieces separately to prevent scratching.

Failure to follow care guidance may void eligibility for repairs or replacements.

All digital assets — including CAD, sketches, and design notes — are stored securely and accessed only by authorised Whitestone team members and collaborating jewellery artisans involved in crafting your piece. These materials are retained only for as long as necessary to complete your commission and fulfil legal or regulatory obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability
Whitestone Jewellery is not liable for:
