Frequent Asked Questions

1. Standard delivery-UK mainland usually takes 3-7 business days by Royal mail. Once your product has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. 

2. Please note as our products are handcrafted it may take up to 7-10 working days for orders to be shipped. Rest assured, we will keep you updated throughout the process.

3. Products over £50.00 are delivered without an extra delivery cost.

4. Where is my order- After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email. We will contact you via the email you provided if your order is delayed. 

5. Can I return my order - We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, should you wish to return items purchased, you may return them to us in their original condition, within 14days from date of receipt and we will issue a full refund.

6. Payment methods- We take the following payment methods ( Credit cards and Debit cards, Mastercard's, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay) 

7. Bespoke services- Looking for a specific design, pearl type, or color that's not featured on our website? Get in touch and we'll craft a custom piece tailored just for you (Prices may vary). 

8. Please note custom orders are non-refundable we recommend contacting us promptly upon receiving your piece if you have any concerns.
