Frequent Asked Questions

1. We send all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked First Class to ensure your jewellery arrives as quickly and securely as possible. International Orders are shipped through Fedex for a fast and reliable service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

2. Please note as our products are handcrafted it may take up to 5-10 working days for orders to be shipped. Rest assured, we will keep you updated throughout the process.

3. Products over £50.00 are delivered without an extra delivery cost.

4. Where is my order- After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email. We will contact you via the email you provided if your order is delayed. 

Delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. While we cannot be held responsible for these external delays, we will always do our best to support you and assist in resolving any delivery issues.

Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate at the time of placing your order. If you experience any courier-related issues, please contact us and we will work with you to provide guidance and support throughout the process.

5. Can I return my order - We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, should you wish to return items purchased, you may return them to us in their original condition, within 14days from date of receipt and we will issue a full refund.

6. Payment methods- We take the following payment methods ( Credit cards and Debit cards, Mastercard's, Google and Apple Pay) 

7. Bespoke services- Looking for a specific design, pearl type, or color that's not featured on our website? Get in touch and we'll craft a custom piece tailored just for you (Prices may vary). 

8. Please note custom orders are non-refundable we recommend contacting us promptly upon receiving your piece if you have any concerns.
